In September 2025, our umbrella company was founded with a simple belief: payroll shouldn’t be boring, stressful, or impersonal. It should be accurate, compliant, and professional, but it should also treat people like people, not just numbers on a spreadsheet.
After years of seeing how payroll was often handled in the industry, I knew there was room for something better. Something human. Something that understood that every payslip represents real workers, real families, and real livelihoods. That understanding became the heart of our business.
From day one, our mission has been to bring warmth, clarity, and real conversation back into payroll. We focus on compliance and accuracy because that is the foundation, but we deliver it with genuine care, open communication, and a passion for making the process easy, smooth, and stress-free for everyone involved.

Tamara Beckett
Some people say you have to be a little crazy to believe in the impossible and that’s exactly why our Managing Director makes it possible. With a relentless drive, bold ambition, and a heart firmly rooted in helping people, she leads the business with a vision that never settles for “good enough.”
From bringing in new business and building relationships, to running the company day-to-day, the approach is simple: no job is ever too big, and no task is ever too small. You’ll still find her right in the middle of the action, sleeves rolled up, making sure every client and every worker gets the service they deserve.
Because here, success isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people. It’s about every phone call, every payslip, every question, and every moment where someone leaves the day feeling that little bit more supported, valued, and looked after.

Onboarding Manager
Leigh-Ann Rutter
Based in Stoke and known for being one of the best in the industry, our Onboarding Manager is the person who turns new enquiries into fully supported workers fast. With a passion for service and an unmatched work ethic, she has built a reputation for delivering what most companies can’t: a smooth, simple, and fully compliant sign-up process completed the very same day.
From the first phone call to full registration and first payment, she makes sure everyone feels welcomed, understood, and taken care of. No confusion. No delays. Just real communication, clarity, and a drive to get people earning as quickly as possible.
Her motto is simple:
“If someone needs help today, they shouldn’t be waiting until tomorrow.”
Thanks to her dedication, many workers have joined, completed onboarding, and even been paid all within the same day, setting a standard of service we’re proud to offer.
