This notice explains how Payrolled Limited ("Payrolled", "we", "us") uses personal information sent to us through this website. It covers the website only. If you are employed through Payrolled, we will give you separate information about how we handle your employment and payroll records.

What we collect and why

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), whether you are a contractor, a recruitment agency or something else, and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to start working with you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a program, is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to do this.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to our team through Microsoft 365. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act on our behalf and keep the information secure. We never sell your information or pass it to anyone else for marketing.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies to track you or for advertising. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site and the form from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for no more than two years if you don't become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
